Sarah Galea is a senior partner at IURIS, where she leads the firm’s corporate and commercial Department. She advises on all aspects of corporate, business, and commercial law, including insolvency and corporate administration, foundations and associations, voluntary organisations, anti-money laundering regulations and compliance, and the full spectrum of intellectual property law.
With over 20 years of experience advising local and international clients, Sarah is recognised for her strategic insight, practical approach, and deep expertise across complex legal and regulatory matters.
She also heads IURIS Consult Ltd., the firm’s Class C CSP-licensed entity, overseeing its corporate services operations and regulatory compliance.
Sarah represents global brands in anti-counterfeiting litigation before the Maltese courts and acts as a trusted advisor on cross-border corporate governance, licensing, and administration.
