Simon founded Iuris Malta Advocates in 2011 together with Peter Fenech and is currently managing partner at IURIS. His practice is primarily focused on civil, commercial, property, succession and maritime law and typically involves both the provision of advice as well as representing clients in court and before various tribunals and boards. He served as vice president of the Aquatic Sports Association (ASA) between 2009 and 2016 and currently sits on the Good Governance Board of the ASA as well as the Legal Commission to the Ligue Européenne de Natation, being the European Federation for Aquatic Sports.
