PETER FENECH

Peter founded IURIS Advocates in 2011 together with Simon Galea Testaferrata. His focus lies predominantly in civil and commercial law, particularly in litigation. He is responsible for a number of company administrations, restructuring, liquidations and other related insolvency matters. Peter also regularly advises various public entities on matters ranging from public procurement to administrative law. He has lectured at the University of Malta, the Richard Clarke Academy and presently lectures at PWC Academy the ACCA module “Corporate and Business law”.  He has held chairmanships in various public entities. Today, he is a Director of MelitaUnipol Insurance Agency Ltd, a member of the Broadcasting Authority and a member of the Executive of the Malta Football Association.  In August 2023, he was elected President of the Chamber of Advocates.
