Citizenship Lawyers in Malta

Malta Residence and Visa Programme (MRVP)

The MRVP Regulations enable applicants and their dependents to obtain a certificate which allows them to reside, settle and stay indefinitely in Malta and to travel freely within the Schengen area without the need to obtain a visa. Both applicants, as well as their dependents, may benefit from the MRVP subject to a number of conditions. Once issued, a certificate is equivalent to a residence permit and subject to annual monitoring for the first five years and every five years thereafter.

Single-work permits

The IURIS team of Malta citizenship advocates assists both employers as well as prospective employees with the procedure required to obtain a single-work permit which grants third country nationals the authorisation to reside and take up lawful employment in Malta.

Citizenship

IURIS offers services relating to applications for dual/multiple citizenships and freedom of movement. We also assist our clients in obtaining the required certificates and documentation.

Relocation

Our team of lawyers at IURIS, a Malta citizenship law firm, provides advice on all aspects of relocation, including the purchase and lease of immovable property in Malta and Gozo, tax planning and overall compliance with local and EU legislation.
